Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced MIS professional to lead the MIS function and drive reporting, analytics, automation, and business intelligence.
The role requires close collaboration with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Senior Leadership to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Experience
MIS Manager
- 6–8 years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
Senior Manager – MIS
- 8–12+ years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, and leadership.
- Experience managing large MIS teams and enterprise reporting.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, VBA/Macros)
- Power BI
- SQL
- Dashboard Development & Data Visualisation

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational MIS reports.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other BI tools.
- Analyse productivity, quality, SLA, revenue, and operational performance.
- Drive automation of recurring reports using VBA, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and reporting compliance.
- Prepare executive summaries, KPI dashboards, and client reports.
- Monitor workforce metrics including headcount, occupancy, shrinkage, utilisation, absenteeism, and attrition.
- Lead and mentor the MIS team while driving continuous process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Experience

- Establish a standardised MIS reporting framework.
- Automate at least 30% of recurring reports.
- Implement executive dashboards for leadership.
- Improve reporting accuracy and turnaround time.
- Build productivity, revenue, and workforce planning dashboards.
- Strengthen data governance and reporting controls.
Compensation
As per industry standards, based on experience, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
