About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Writer who can craft engaging scripts and hooks for Instagram Reels and short-form social media content. The ideal candidate understands viral content, audience psychology, storytelling, and social media trends.
Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and concepts for Instagram Reels
- Create short-form content ideas aligned with brand identity
- Research trending audio, formats, and viral reel styles
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing team
- Write content that increases engagement, reach, and conversions
- Develop storytelling-based content for products and branding
- Adapt tone and style for different campaigns and target audiences
- Generate daily/weekly content calendars and reel concepts
Requirements
- Experience writing content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of viral hooks and retention strategies
- Creative storytelling and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of current social media trends and meme culture
- Ability to write concise, impactful short-form scripts
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing psychology
- Portfolio/sample reels scripts preferred
Bonus Skills
- Experience in skincare, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of Meta/Instagram algorithms
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content production
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, etc.
