- Create and manage gaming events, tournaments and competitions
- Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all gaming equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Train and supervise junior gaming hosts
- Generate creative and exciting ideas for gaming events and activities
- Work with marketing and sales teams to promote gaming events and activities
- Maintain an organized and professional gaming environment
- Ensure that all gaming activities comply with relevant regulations and laws
- Provide updates and feedback to management on a regular basis
