Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it remains clean and organized
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, promotions, or lead generation
- Provide accurate information about products/services to callers and visitors
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints efficiently
- Maintain call records, visitor logs, and relevant documentation
- Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and packages
- Manage emails by checking, sorting, and responding when required
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or front desk roles
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional language is a plus)
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Generate invoices using Tally and handle all related printing activities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
