About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing & web development agency.
You’ll be the creative brain behind our social presence — planning content, coordinating shoots, hopping in front of the camera when needed, and making sure every post connects with the audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
- Ideate and execute trending reels, stories, and brand content
- Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams for shoots
- Be comfortable acting or modeling in short videos when needed
- Write engaging captions and manage posting schedules
- Analyze insights and track performance across platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience managing brand or agency social media
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends
- Confident on camera with good communication & presentation skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of photo/video shoots and social media analytics
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in content scripting or copywriting
- Basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, or CapCut)
- Familiarity with influencer collaboration
