Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager - Process (Department Head) to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Position Responsibilities
Technical:
-
Review the basic process/URS package given by the client and finalize the same.

Review/approve various documentation covering Concept Notes/ PDS/P&IDs etc., made by Process Engineers.

Review supplier offers and Technical discussions with Bidders to help with pre-order procurement.

Review/approve various documents submitted by suppliers to help Post-Order Procurement.
-
Participation in Hazop Studies, etc.
Managerial
-
Liaise with clients, system suppliers, and engineers of various inter- and intra-departmental
disciplines. -
Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Training of junior engineers working under you.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 20+ years of experience.

Master's in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 15+ years of experience.
-
10+ years of experience in the core Pharma Industries.

Any other Certificate courses.

Should have Leadership qualities, Team Management & Job delegation skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of all the sector pharma processes like API, Formulation, Sterile.

Experience in Monitoring and Controlling Process Engineering Activities with respect to Progress, Time, Cost, and Quality.
