Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Student Counselor with 2–3 years of relevant experience in educational counseling or admissions. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to guide students in choosing the right career path.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Provide detailed guidance on curriculum, fees, career prospects, and training outcomes.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful admissions.
- Maintain inquiry and follow-up records in CRM or internal trackers.
- Achieve monthly targets for admissions and lead conversions.
- Participate in seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the telemarketing and sales teams for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Student Counselor / Academic Counselor (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing ability and student-handling skills.
- Target-driven, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
- Immediate joiners only.
