- Understand ETP process flow (how water is treated)
- Know pump working and basic maintenance
- Understand blower and aeration system
- Operate valves and check for leaks
- Know motor basics and trip reasons
- Understand sludge handling process
- Know pipe cutting, fitting, alignment, and flange connections
- Understand basic welding (arc welding, joint types) and leak testing
- Use proper tools and always follow safety procedures (PPE, fire safety)
