Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate the company’s digital marketing services clearly to potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects via email, social media (especially LinkedIn), and calls.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the senior sales team.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Support the BDM in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and pipeline information.
- Assist in gathering client feedback and coordinating internally for smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or client servicing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior agency experience will be an added advantage.
