Roles and Responsibilities
Purchase Coordination
Assist in purchasing medical and non-medical items required for the hospital.
Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers.
Vendor Management
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.
Identify new vendors for better pricing and quality.
Purchase Orders
Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials.
Inventory Support
Coordinate with store department to check stock levels.
Ensure essential items are always available.
Documentation
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and bills properly.
Update purchase data in the system or registers.
Cost Control
Compare prices from different vendors to get the best rate.
Assist in reducing procurement costs.
Coordination
Coordinate with departments for purchase requirements.
Follow up with suppliers for pending orders.
Qualification
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
Experience
0–2 years experience in purchase or procurement (hospital experience preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
