Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidates for *Business Development* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Connect with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and build strong relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing).
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling is preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset.
