Key Responsibilities
- Handle electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with site teams, technicians, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Perform electrical calculations, cable sizing, load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide effective technical solutions.
- Monitor the quality of electrical materials, equipment, and installation work.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress and technical reports.
- Ensure proper earthing, cable routing, protection systems, and electrical connections.
- Coordinate with DISCOM/utility authorities when required for solar project-related electrical work.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at project sites.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, test reports, measurements, and project records.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in electrical/solar projects preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV systems, and electrical safety.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical drawings is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
