We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department for our Two Wheeler Segment . The Service Advisor will greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, recommend appropriate services, provide cost estimates, and ensure a positive service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service and repair needs.
- Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and completion times.
- Communicate service updates, delays, and additional repair recommendations to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims as required.
- Maintain detailed customer and vehicle service records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualification- B.Tech/Diploma(Mechanical Engineering-3Years)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
