Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and corporate clients to generate B2B business.
- Promote and sell Neubergs diagnostic services, health packages, and laboratory solutions to individual customers (B2C).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, hospital meetings, and client presentations to increase awareness of Neuberg services.
- Develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and update client database and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as laboratory operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience handling both B2B (Hospitals, Clinics, Corporates) and B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the healthcare and diagnostic services market.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
