We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Research Analysis to lead a team supporting global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research operations. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational delivery, driving process excellence, leading a team of research professionals, Programming team, overseeing vendor partnerships, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
This individual will serve as a key bridge between research teams, consulting stakeholders, vendors, and operational support functions while ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical market research, research operations, or related functions.

3+ years of people leadership experience.

Experience managing global teams and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of primary market research operations and HCP engagement processes.

Experience with vendor management and operational governance.

Knowledge of Primary Market Research operations.

Drive panel-building initiatives and respondent engagement strategies across HCPs, KOLs, payers, patients, and healthcare stakeholders.

Manage project portfolios, including planning, resource allocation, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.

Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and quality standards.

Develop and mentor high-performing teams across research, survey programming, recruitment, and project management functions.

Partner with Consulting, Product, and Commercial teams to strengthen PMR capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.
Stakeholder Management

Partner with consulting, research, and commercial teams to understand business requirements.

Act as escalation point for operational issues and client requests.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Vendor & Partner Management

Manage recruitment vendors, panel partners, translation providers, and operational suppliers.

Monitor performance, quality, turnaround times, and contractual obligations.

Drive vendor optimization initiatives and cost efficiencies.
Process Excellence & Automation

Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and workflow optimization.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across PMR operations.

Standardize SOPs, documentation, and best practices.

Support implementation of new tools, systems, and technologies.
Compliance & Quality Management

Ensure adherence to healthcare market research regulations and company policies.

Maintain audit-ready documentation and process controls.

Drive data quality standards and process compliance across all activities.
Strategic & Business Support

Support operational planning, resource forecasting, and capacity management.

Contribute to business cases for technology investments and process enhancements.

Generate management reports and operational insights for leadership review.
Hours of Work:
Hybrid work mode (Monday to Friday). The work timing is 12-9 PM IST (Overlap with US and Europe business hours as required). Location: Bangalore.
