About the Role
PM Publishers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our reception, coordinate office activities, and provide excellent support to visitors, employees, and management at our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper visitor protocols.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management and team members.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as courier management, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
- Support HR and other departments with day-to-day office coordination.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office operations and act as the first point of contact for all inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, proactive, and organized.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a corporate publishing or education environment.
- Familiarity with visitor management systems and basic office equipment.
Work Mode
- Full-time, on-site at Sector 67, Noida
- Monday to Saturday (office timings as per company policy)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
