Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers.
- Manage user accounts, computers, passwords, and access permissions.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and shared folders.
- Set up and manage VMware/Hyper-V virtual machines.
- Monitor server, storage, and network performance.
- Manage Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Meet, and user accounts.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and email-related issues.
- Manage storage systems, shared drives, RAID, and disk space.
- Monitor and maintain regular data backups and recovery processes.
- Install and manage Windows systems, applications, antivirus, and security tools.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage firewall settings, security policies, and VPN access.
- Monitor security alerts and resolve system and network issues.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, system records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
