Job Title: Telecaller (Sales Executive)

Qredit Infotech Solutions LLP is a FinTech and Financial Services company that helps customers access loan and credit card solutions from leading banks and financial institutions.
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining financial products, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain loan and credit card products.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on interview performance).
- Unlimited incentives (up to ₹2,00,000 per month based on performance).

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Additional hours may be required as per business needs.
