Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Call warm leads, understand budget requirements, and maintain relationships.
- Property Matching: Filter available inventory to find suitable houses matching client needs.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Convince prospects and coordinate site visits for field sales executives.
- Data Tracking: Update client interactions and appointment statuses daily in the CRM system. [1, 2]
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling (real estate or banking preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi to communicate with local clients.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and basic knowledge of Pune's real estate market.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
