Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of licensing, regulatory approval, and liaison projects. The role involves working closely with clients, government authorities, consultants, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple licensing and liaison projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and government departments for statutory approvals and permits.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Follow up with government authorities regarding approvals, permissions, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, sales, finance, and legal, for project execution.
- Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, and approval documentation.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager with recommended solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordination meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company quality standards.
- Support preparation of project status reports and management presentations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and service quality.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
