We are looking for a creative and strategic 'Video Editor with AI Skills' who's sharp with both traditional editing and AI-powered tools, to join our content team.
Position as mentioned below:

* Experience : 0 - 1 Year (On Social Media/ Digital Marketing)
* Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on skills in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut (or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Adobe AI features, auto-subtitle/caption tools)
- Eye for pacing, storytelling, and social-platform-native formats (Reels/Shorts/YouTube)
- Ability to work fast under news-cycle deadlines
- Basic motion graphics / typography sens
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a news/media newsroom
- Bengali language sensibility for subtitle/caption timing and tone
- Thumbnail design or basic Photoshop/Illustrator skills.
*Job Responsibilities:
- Edit fast-turnaround news, political, and social-first video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Use AI tools for auto-captioning, voice cloning/dubbing, B-roll generation, and rough-cut acceleration
- Sync visuals with breaking news cycles — quick turnarounds without compromising quality
- Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, subtitles (Bengali + English), and brand-consistent templates
- Collaborate with writers & social team to adapt long-form content into short-form clips
- Manage footage libraries, archives, and asset organization
