Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, handle customer interactions, follow up with leads, and support business growth. Candidates with good communication skills and relationship-building ability are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with existing and new customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and provide proper information
- Coordinate with internal teams and financial advisors
- Maintain customer database and daily follow-up records
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response
- Generate appointments and support lead management activities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in customer support, relationship management, telesales.
