About the Role
Elses Digital System Pvt. Ltd., an Authorized Service Partner of OPPO, is hiring a Customer Support Executive to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth post-service experience. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries, providing repair updates, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with service-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Share updates on repair status, service progress, and device readiness.
- Coordinate with service centers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain customer records, service details, and daily activity reports.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Perform outbound customer follow-ups whenever required.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, Client Support, or Customer Care.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
