Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting and Welcoming: Professionally greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff.
· Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
· Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
· Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, sort and distribute post, and maintain records.
· Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients.
· General Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
