Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing inventory workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to inventory systems and data integrity.
- Familiarity with integration of inventory management solutions with other enterprise resource planning modules.
- Skilled in interpreting system requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Inventory Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
