Visa Counsellor – Chandigarh
We are hiring a Visa Counsellor for our Day Shift team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, assessing visa profiles, handling documentation, and managing international client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable study or tourist visa options.
- Prepare and review visa applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle client queries through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain case records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated with relevant immigration rules, regulations, and policy changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor.
- Experience in Study Visa Counselling is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong English communication and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, confident, and able to work independently.
