Key Responsibilities
Own the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to customer delivery.
Monitor daily order pipeline across retail stores and digital sales.
Ensure timely allocation, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery of all orders.
Drive adherence to defined Order-to-Delivery (OTD) SLAs.
Resolve bottlenecks impacting fulfilment timelines.
- Order Fulfilment & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate inventory availability across stores, fulfilment center and
manufacturing units.
Optimize inventory allocation to maximize fulfilment rates.
Manage transfers between FC and retail stores.
Minimize order cancellations due to stock unavailability.
Collaborate with Planning and Merchandising for replenishment requirements.
- Logistics & Distribution
Monitor Supply chain operations and dispatch planning.
Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors.
Improve delivery timelines and shipping efficiency.
Track transit exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
Identify inefficiencies across the supply chain.
Drive automation in order processing wherever possible.
Improve SOP adherence across fulfilment functions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
- Data & Performance Management
Develop dashboards to monitor order performance.
Analyze trends in delays, cancellations, returns, and fulfilment accuracy.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on data insights.
Present periodic business reviews to leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Operations, or
Logistics.
Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or omnichannel retail is
preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory movement across fulfilment centers, retail
stores, and e-commerce channels.
Experience managing ERP, order management tools and logistics integrations.
Proven track record of improving fulfilment efficiency, service levels, and
customer experience.
