We are looking for a smart, organized, and confident Front Office Manager to manage the school’s front desk operations and ensure smooth communication between parents, students, staff, and visitors. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school reception and front office activities
- Handle parent inquiries and admissions-related communication
- Attend phone calls and maintain call records
- Coordinate with teachers and school management
- Maintain student records, visitor records, and office files
- Assist in fee follow-ups and documentation work
- Manage WhatsApp communication and basic social media coordination if required
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the reception area
- Support during school events and activities
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Excel)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle parents and visitors politely and confidently
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
