ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic Junior Developer who can contribute to Application Development and Data Analytics functions. The role involves supporting the development of internal web applications, workflow automation systems, Operational dashboards, and reporting platforms while also managing business data and process automation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mind-set, foundational full-stack development knowledge, and excellent skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard creation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, automation, data analytics, and business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and maintenance of internal web applications, dashboards, and reporting interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Assist in API integration, backend development, database operations, and business logic implementation.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable business insights.
- Create Operational dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection, reporting requirements, and performance improvements.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Digitize manual processes currently managed through Excel and Google Sheets into scalable digital workflows.
- Develop and deploy workflow automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain trackers, dashboards, and automated reporting tools.
- Leverage AI tools and scripting to streamline routine tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3
- Basic Node.js / Express.js and REST API Integration
- SQL / PostgreSQL fundamentals
- Git & GitHub — version control
- Debugging and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP
- Google Sheets — formulas, data management, and automation
- Dashboard creation, data visualization,
- Google Apps Script and basic Python, JavaScript.
- Experience in workflow automation projects
- Experience working with large operational datasets and BI tools
- Understanding of AI-assisted development and reporting workflows
- AI productivity tools — ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.
- Reporting and data visualization tools.
- Version Control Systems
