Key Responsibilities
- Quality Planning: Lead New Product Quality Planning (NPQP) by implementing frameworks like APQP and PPAP.
- Risk Management: Conduct design and process failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA / PFMEA) to prevent potential defects.
- Validation & Testing: Develop prototype test plans, analyze process capability, and validate that initial builds meet specifications.
- Root Cause Analysis: Use methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone to resolve any quality issues during the testing and sample approval phases.
- Compliance: Ensure all engineering changes and final products adhere to industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
