Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold outreach (via Linkedin, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook), email marketing, and bidding on freelance/project platforms
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their website needs and present our services
- Negotiate project terms and represent the company professionally to prospects
- Coordinate with the design and development team to scope client requirements accurately
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- A completed BDE internship OR up to 6 months of full-time experience as a BDE
- Basic understanding of the website design and development process
- Familiarity with core sales activities: bidding (e.g., Upwork/freelance portals), cold outreach, and email marketing
- Strong soft-sales skills: negotiation, persuasive communication, and client presentation
- Willingness to sign a 1-year employment bond if offered a full-time role
