We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across our AR/VR/XR and interactive technology projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and are delivered within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple projects and development teams.
- Assist Project Head in planning schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Track project progress, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate between design, development, 3D, UI/UX, and technical teams.
- Organize project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Support client communication and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the respective teams.
- Assist with project documentation, change requests, approvals, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate testing, reviews, feedback, and final project deliveries.
- Ensure project information and documentation are maintained accurately and up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT, software, digital, or technology projects.
- Good understanding of project management processes and workflows.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
- Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
