Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Depending on experience)Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our packaging boxes business. Your main job is to work inside the warehouse, handling and packing cardboard boxes. You will not be responsible for regular customer deliveries; however, you must know how to ride a scooter to occasionally drop off packages at local courier offices. A company scooter will be provided for these trips.Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Work: Count, bundle, stack, and pack corrugated sheets and packaging boxes.
- Order Preparation: Safely pack customer orders so they do not get damaged during transit.
- Loading & Unloading: Help unload raw materials from trucks and organize them neatly on warehouse shelves.
- Courier Dispatches: Occasionally ride the company scooter to nearby courier hubs to drop off parcel shipments.
- Stock Tracking: Help the supervisor check and count stock to ensure box counts are accurate.
- Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and packing areas clean, organized, and free of waste material.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th standard pass (SSC).
- Riding Skills: Must know how to ride a two-wheeler/scooter safely in local traffic.
- License: Must hold a valid, active Two-Wheeler Driving License.
- Smart Device: Must own a smartphone to coordinate with the team and locate courier offices.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift bundles of boxes, stand for long hours, and work a full day shift.
- Language: Basic ability to read address labels and order notes.
