Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Mechanical Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training to students and job aspirants in the field of Mechanical Engineering. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom sessions, hands-on workshops, project guidance, and industry-oriented skill development programs to enhance students' employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on core Mechanical Engineering subjects and industry-relevant technologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, laboratory work, and project-based learning activities.
- Train students on engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, ANSYS, and other relevant tools.
- Guide students in mini-projects, major projects, and industrial applications.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Organize workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and technical events.
- Assist students in interview preparation, resume building, and placement activities.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and design tools.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, and Machine Design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and hands-on training sessions.
- Strong mentoring and student engagement skills.
Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in CAD/CAM, Design Engineering, or Industrial Automation will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,456.00 per month
