Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pouring activities in the foundry.
- Ensure proper molten metal temperature and pouring practices.
- Coordinate with melting, moulding, and quality departments.
- Monitor ladle preparation, inoculation, and treatment processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Maintain casting quality and minimize pouring-related defects.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures during metal handling and pouring.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Maintain production records and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the pouring section.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Cast Iron and SG Iron pouring processes.
- Understanding of molten metal handling and safety standards.
- Knowledge of pouring temperature control and defect analysis.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
