- We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience to customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products Demonstrate product features, designs, and pricing clearly Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation Stay updated with latest jewelry trends and designs Requirements: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewelry experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary + Incentives Performance-based bonuses Friendly work environment Career growth opportunities
