MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare presentations, proposals, and business decks for the sales department.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.
· Act as a point of contact for clients for follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
· Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
· Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and other required documentation.
· Support in scheduling meetings and coordinating client visits.
· Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, business support, or a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
