Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, and RERA-related financial activities for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
*Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
*Manage project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP tracking.
*Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis reports.
*Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
*Handle RERA financial reporting and maintain RERA-designated bank accounts.
*Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
*Monitor receivables, payables, contractor payments, and customer collections.
*Conduct bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
*Maintain strong internal financial controls and proper documentation.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
Skills & Competencies
*Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance.
*Experience in real estate finance and project accounting preferred.
*Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
*Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
*Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹8,531.55 - ₹42,014.68 per month
