Job Summary:
KLK is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Technical Head (CTO) to lead end-to-end technical operations in the solar business. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, engineering excellence, innovation, and implementation of advanced technologies including AI-driven monitoring and optimization systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage installation and commissioning of solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects
· Handle MW-scale solar projects from design to execution
· Provide technical leadership to project engineers, site teams, and vendors
· Ensure timely project delivery with quality and safety compliance
· Review system design, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
· Optimize project cost, efficiency, and performance
· Implement and oversee AI-based tools for performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data analytics
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities
· Resolve complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime
· Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project execution
· Develop SOPs, technical standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical / Renewable Energy Engineering
· 8–15 years of experience in solar EPC / project execution
· Proven experience in MW-scale solar projects
· Strong knowledge of solar system design, inverters, transformers, SCADA, and grid connectivity
· Exposure to AI tools, data analytics, or smart monitoring systems in energy sector
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
