Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and pantry staff.
- Monitor office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Handle stationery, pantry, and office consumable inventory.
- Raise purchase requests for office requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Maintain records of assets, furniture, and office equipment.
- Arrange repair and maintenance of office equipment (AC, Printer, Internet, etc.).
- Track courier dispatches and incoming deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and reception support when required.
- Coordinate travel, hotel, and cab bookings as per business requirements.
- Monitor utility services such as electricity, water, internet, and telephone.
- Ensure availability of emergency and safety items.
- Support HR in employee onboarding arrangements.
- Maintain admin-related registers and documentation.
- Coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with vendors.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up for admin-related bills.
- Support office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidential administrative records.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
