GST Solutions and Consultant is hiring an E-Commerce Account Manager to manage seller accounts across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Blinkit, Tata BigBasket and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions and images.
- Upload new products and manage catalogues.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings and catalog issues.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Handle returns, claims and seller support tickets.
- Track account health and policy compliance.
- Coordinate inventory updates and stock management.
- Prepare sales reports using MS Excel.
- Communicate with marketplace support teams and clients.
- Assist sellers in improving sales and operational performance.
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Good computer operating skills are mandatory.
- Must know how to use Windows PC, folders, files, internet, email and keyboard shortcuts.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good English reading and typing skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- B.Com Graduate preferred (other graduates with relevant e-commerce experience may also apply).
- Freshers with strong computer skills are welcome.
- Experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Candidates must be sincere, punctual and willing to build a long-term career.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹7,000 or more, depending on skills and interview performance.
