We See The Unseen Foundation (Moksha) is a youth-driven non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health, emotional wellbeing and community impact. Through awareness campaigns, workshops, outreach programs and meaningful conversations, we strive to create safe spaces where individuals feel heard, supported and empowered.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CSR Executive to support and manage the foundation's CSR initiatives, partnerships and community outreach programs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a foundation, NGO or CSR department and be capable of building meaningful relationships with corporate organizations, educational institutions and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute CSR initiatives aligned with the foundation's mission.
- Develop and manage community outreach programs, awareness campaigns and social impact projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, NGOs, educational institutions and government bodies.
- Identify CSR partnership opportunities and collaborate with potential partners.
- Prepare CSR proposals, presentations, project reports and impact assessments.
- Coordinate workshops, awareness drives, volunteer activities and community events.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation and activity records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers and external stakeholders.
- Represent the foundation at meetings, CSR events and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working with a foundation, NGO or Corporate CSR team.
- Strong understanding of CSR initiatives, community engagement and social impact programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mental health, education, youth development or community welfare initiatives is highly preferred.
- Experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships or grant proposal writing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations, project documentation and impact reporting is a plus.
