Job Description – Interior Project Manager (Residential Fit-Out)

Position: Interior Project Manager – Residential Fit-OutRoles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Handle site execution, quality checks, measurements, and material coordination.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings and company standards.
- Monitor manpower allocation and daily site activities.
- Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and billing coordination.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity at project sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in residential interior fit-out/project management.
- Experience in modular interiors and turnkey residential projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, BOQ, measurements, and project coordination.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools.

- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
