Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor safety compliance, and complete the project within the planned schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Plan and monitor daily work progress and labour productivity.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and the client.
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
Monitor material consumption and maintain site records.
Prepare daily progress reports and weekly work plans.
Verify measurements for billing and maintain measurement books.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Resolve site execution issues and report project progress to management.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
Ability to read drawings and execute work as per specifications.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, estimation, and quality control.
Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
