Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall project implementation under DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Coordinate with government departments, training centers, stakeholders, and field teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of mobilization, training, assessment, certification, and placement activities.
- Monitor project timelines, targets, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and compliance documents.
- Lead project staff and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Handle audits, inspections, and communication with authorities.
- Track project performance and achieve placement and training targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in DDU-GKY, skill development, or government-funded projects.
- Good knowledge of government schemes and reporting systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and report preparation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multi-location projects.
- Team management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
