Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to manage end-to-end hospital billing operations, including IP/OP billing, insurance coordination, and revenue reconciliation. The role requires strong knowledge of hospital billing processes, compliance, and coordination with clinical and insurance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete OP & IP billing processes accurately and efficiently.
- Manage insurance, cashless, and TPA billing, including pre-authorizations and final settlements.
- Ensure accuracy in coding, billing entries, and charge capture as per hospital policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, and insurance teams for billing clarifications.Prepare and verify final bills, credit notes, and adjustments.
- Handle patient queries related to billing, estimates, and insurance coverage.Monitor pending bills, rejections, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain billing records and documentation as per NABH / hospital standards.
- Support audits and revenue reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and statutory requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing workflows (IP, OP, Insurance, TPA)
- Familiarity with HIS / billing software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to handle high-volume billing operations
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any Graduate (Healthcare background preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hospital billing
