About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager with hands-on backend development experience to lead software delivery projects. The ideal candidate is someone who can write code, review architecture, and manage projects with equal confidence.
What You'll Do
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans and track milestones
- Provide technical guidance to the team
- Sound knowledge in Java and SQL (postgresql).
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management
- Manage risks, dependencies, and third-party vendor integrations
- Handson experience in writing complete project scope, project estimation.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in backend development with strong Java skills
- 3+ years of project management experience handling
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and project tracking tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
