Job Title: Sales Executive (PG Sales & Client Relations)

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage inquiries, conduct property visits, and convert leads into bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PG accommodations.
Conduct property visits and explain amenities, pricing, and policies.
Follow up with prospective tenants to maximize conversions.
Maintain lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth move-ins.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent experience.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in PG, rental, real estate, or hospitality sales.
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
