Primary Purpose:
To provide academic and operational leadership at the skill development center level by managing training delivery, mobilization, placements, infrastructure, and quality assurance while ensuring optimal resource utilization and achievement of center objectives through systematic planning and monitoring.
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
Primary Responsibility:
- Academic Planning & Quality Management:
- Plan and oversee training delivery schedule
- Monitor batch performance metrics
- Ensure training quality and standards
- Create and manage center training calendar
- Develop and maintain lesson/session plans
- Conduct training quality audits
- Create batch commencement plans
- Govern assessment processes (Formative, Summative, Final)
- Review staff performance metrics
- Oversee mobilization plans
- Manage mobilization campaigns
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Track inquiry-to-enrollment conversion
- Monitor admission process metrics
- Create administrative projections
- Infrastructure & Resource Management:
- Oversee center infrastructure maintenance
- Manage lab and machinery upkeep
- Monitor student intake capacity
- Manage staff availability
- Handle consumable requisitions
- Placement & Industry Relations:
- Develop placement strategies
- Monitor placement performance
Secondary Responsibility:
- Staff Performance Management:
- Monitor attendance
- Review batch performance
- Analyze student feedback
- Evaluate peer feedback
- Track placement percentages
- Maintain center costing records
- Process staff payroll
- Manage consumables
- Handle documentation
- Coordinate with other departments
Consumable requisitions
- Training resource allocation
- Campaign budget utilization
- Infrastructure maintenance costs
- Training material expenses
Eligibility:
- Proficiency in Marathi language is a must.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of academic and administrative experience.
