- Create a job card for every vehicle received for service, capturing complaint, work required, and parts used.
- Log every job card online in the CRM system, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Track each vehicle's service progress and ensure timely delivery back to the customer.
- Coordinate with the service/workshop team to avoid delays in completing and returning vehicles.
- Call customers to remind them of their next scheduled service, typically after 6 months or 1 year.
- Maintain a follow-up calendar in the CRM for upcoming and overdue services.
- Keep customers informed on service status and any delays.
- Handle basic customer queries related to servicing and job card status.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
